Won’t let me post pictures from my mobile now. Doh.
Any way. I’m a happy bunny at the moment.
At work we get ‘Star Points’ for a thank you from a customer for our service, for going that bit further than is required sort of thing. Each time we get 5 Star Points, well I had accrued 40 Star Points. In money terms that’s £40. So I cashed them in for groceries, well groceries-ish.
With the beer, lager, ales and stouts many being on 4 for £5 offer I got about £58 worth of beer, ale and Guinness minus the Star Points for £2.82 (£2 was the delivery slot charge) delivered.

2x John Smiths Golden Ale,
2x Spitfire Kentish Ale,
2x Spitfire Gold Ale,
2x Newcastle Brown Ale,
2x Iron Maiden Trooper beer,
2x Marstons Pedigree Pale Ale,

2x Bombadier Glorious English Ale,
4x Guinness Golden Ale,
4x Guinness Original XX,
4x Guinness Dublin Porter,
4x Guinness Foreign Extra.
If I knew being extra nice to customers got me this, I’d of been extra nice much sooner.

We have a similar system at work but we can only trade them in for company branded merchandise.

We can only trade them in for clothing or groceries (it’s the U.K. arm of Walmart so it’s got a lot of choice), oh ye’, or donate it to charity. I didn’t do anything but glance at the last option. Lol.

I used to get it when replying from my Blackberry, but now it’s the same from my Blackberry as it has been from my desktop, I get the ‘saving’ and the three shaded balls going back and forth. It’s really annoying but means I’m more productive at work.

I’d like to share the picture of it even if I have no interest in sharing the beer (I DON’T SHARE FOOD OR DRINK SO DON’T ASK, NOPE, DON’T I SAID DON’T OKAY? THEY ARE MINE). Lol.

I’ve always said I’m ‘fat and furry’, so I’ve a natural coat, I don’t have natural beer so have to buy in beer. Lol.
34x 500ml bottles of beer is not to be sniffed at.

I wish I had those.
For my 12th birthday my father took me to an electrical store and I thought I was getting a Sony Walkman, nope I was there to pick an electric razor as my mother didn’t want me wet shaving at such an age.

Since I do alternate between dry and wet, dry is quicker, but wet is far better.
But yeah, that would be a letdown to a 12 year old.

At 36 year old I wet shave now but working nights I’ve come to the idea that, it’s just work, I’ll go a night or two before my next shave but if I’ve shaved the night before, say at 9pm, and I’m going out for lunch or something with a friend at 11am, I would need another shave.
I used to have to shower with the teachers (in separate showers) as some of the other kids couldn’t process what was happening to me and not to them yet.
